Delete Your Account

Option 1 - Delete in the app

1. Open Coach and sign in.
2. Open the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when the app asks.

Your sign-in is revoked immediately. The rest of your data is erased within 30 days.

Option 2 - Ask us by email

If you cannot open the app, email founder@nexuskairos.com from the address on your Coach account, with the subject “Delete my Coach account”. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What we delete

Deletion is permanent and covers everything tied to your account:

• Your account and sign-in record, including your email address
• Your profile, body metrics, goals, and nutrition targets
• Meal logs, meal photos, saved meals, water logs, and weight logs
• Chat history with the AI coach and everything the coach remembered about you
• Telegram link, notification settings, and device push tokens
• Subscription records, usage analytics, and message history

Nothing is kept in an anonymised or reusable form. You cannot restore the account afterwards, so export your data first if you want a copy.

What we keep, and for how long

• A copy can survive in a database backup for up to 30 days after deletion. Backups expire on their own and we never restore a deleted account from one.
• Purchase and refund records that tax law requires us to hold. Apple, Google, and our payment processor also keep their own transaction records under their policies. These records cannot identify your health or nutrition data.

Delete only part of your data

You can erase individual records at any time and keep your account. Each item below is deleted from our servers straight away:

• A logged meal, or a single food inside a meal — open the meal and delete it
• A saved meal — delete it from your saved meals list
• A cup of water — remove it on the home screen
• Your chat history with the AI coach — clear it in the Coach tab
• Something the coach remembers about you — delete that memory in Settings → Coach Memory
• Your profile photo — remove it in Edit Profile

For anything else, email founder@nexuskairos.com and tell us what to remove. We answer within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings before you delete the account.
