How does voice meal logging work?

Simply tap the microphone button and describe what you ate in natural language. For example, say "I had a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad for lunch." Coach's AI will identify the foods, estimate portions, and calculate calories and macros automatically.

How accurate is the calorie tracking?

Coach uses advanced AI models trained on extensive nutrition databases to provide accurate estimates. While no calorie tracker is 100% precise, Coach aims to be as accurate as manual database lookups while being much faster and easier to use.

Is my voice data stored?

Voice audio is processed in real-time to convert your speech to text and is not permanently stored as audio files. Only the transcribed text and extracted nutritional data are saved as part of your meal log. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I edit a meal after logging it?

Yes. After Coach logs your meal, you can review and edit any details including food items, portions, and nutritional values before confirming.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account deletion by emailing us at founder@nexuskairos.com. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request.

Is Coach free to use?

Coach offers a free tier with core voice logging and tracking features. Premium features including advanced AI coaching, detailed analytics, and unlimited history may require a subscription.
