Photo Library Access

Album requests access to your photo library solely to display, analyze, and help you organize your photos on your device. Your photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service.

Automatically Collected Information

We may collect basic, anonymous app usage data (such as feature interactions and crash reports) to improve the App experience. This data does not include any photos, personal images, or identifiable information.

Purchase Information

If you purchase a subscription or lifetime access, payment is processed entirely through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the App's photo organization features
• Detect duplicates, blurry photos, screenshots, and large files on your device
• Remember your preferences and settings locally on your device
• Diagnose technical issues and improve App stability
• Respond to your support requests

4. On-Device Processing

All photo analysis - including duplicate detection, blur detection, screenshot identification, and category classification - is performed entirely on your device using on-device algorithms. No photos, thumbnails, or image data are ever transmitted to our servers or any external service.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited situations:

• Service Providers: We may use third-party services for crash reporting and analytics. These services receive only anonymous, non-photo data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Security

Because Album processes photos entirely on your device and does not transmit photo data, the security of your photos depends on your device's own security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We implement industry-standard security measures for any data we do collect.

7. Data Retention

App preferences and settings are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App. We retain anonymous analytics data for up to 24 months. To request deletion of any data associated with your use of the App, contact us at founder@nexuskairos.com.
